Every four years, NLCOG (MPO) is required to perform a comprehensive update of the TIP document. In consultation with the MPO's Technical Committee (TCC), LADOTD, and ultimately the MPO's Transportation Policy Committee (TPC), with input from the public, the TIP is amended or modified to account for funding availability and changing funding sources or project scopes as needed. NLCOG's TPC adopted the Final Draft of the TIP (2023-2026) at its called meeting September 30th, 2022. However, the FHWA-La Div. Office requires clarification regarding some sections of the document's narrative. To address these concerns, NLCOG Staff prepared a revised TIP document (i.e., Revision 1) and has submitted this revision to FHWA La-Div. November 10th, 2022. A significant revision to the TIP document's project formatting was undertaken 04.04.2024 (Revision 2.0 is provided below).
